Company History
The predecessor of Weilan Bearing Factory – Weilan Bearing Maintenance Shop, originally founded by Mr.Lee in 1990, was mainly engaged in the replacemant and maintenance of bearings, and gradually began to distribute and process bearings and bearings accessories such as bearings housings, bearings sleeves, etc.. With the continuous development of business, the factory gradually has an independent production workshop and distribution warehouse. By the end of 2023, the total area of Weilan Bearing Factory is nearly 5,000 square meters, of which the workshop area is more than 3,800 square meters, and the warehouse area is nearly 2,000 square meters.
The factory has been doing OEM for many leading brands and trading companies for near a decade, the products are of good material, fine surface, stable quality. For quality insurance and technical limitation, we normally let the heat treatment factory we cooperate with to do this part of processing.
Predecessor-WL Maintenance Shop in 1990
At that time, WL Bearing Maintenance & Repair Shop serve for customers when their machines or bearings got broken or mal-funtion. The business starts growing up, and bring to a good local reputation.
Weilan Factory then Established in 2000
With a very limited amount of start-up capital, and starting with only one production line of second-hand machines, it grows slowly but smoothly. One or two famous bearing factories start to notice it and start to purchase outer rings, inner rings time to time.
Factory Spot Warehouse
In around 2006, factory starts to do OEMs for over 10 famous bearing factories and over 30 trading companies permenantly. And it built up its own Spot Warehouse for emergency uses. The fatest record we hit is we ship out a batch of large thin section bearings (ID 1500mm) within 3 days to an Indian Group Company.
